Dr. Michael Gross

CV

Michael Gross studied law at the universities of Tübingen, Münster and Munich. He passed the first state exam in Munich in 1995 and the second state exam in Dresden in 1997. Michael Gross worked at a law firm in Coral Gables, USA. In 1998 he was admitted to the bar and in 2000 he completed his PhD. Michael Gross joined CMS Hasche Sigle from 2004 to 2012. He spent a secondment to Siemens, London in 2010.

 

Main Focus

Michael Gross provides legal advice in national and international engineering and plant construction projects, et al. major building projects, railway projects and energy plant projects. He represents clients pre- court and in court. He also acts as a mediator in construction law disputes.
Michael Gross is a member of the Consortium for Construction Law (ARGE Baurecht) and the German Association for Construction Law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht e.V.).
